All profile photos go through an automatic check before they’re visible to anyone else. This protects everyone on Seacove, including you.
Common reasons a photo is rejected: nudity or sexual content, a photo that isn’t actually of you, or an image that isn’t a photo at all (a screenshot, a logo, a group photo where you’re not clearly the focus).
If you believe a photo was rejected by mistake, try a different, clear photo of yourself first. If it keeps happening, contact support@seacoveapp.com and describe what you tried to upload.
Your verification selfie is separate from your profile photos. It’s never shown to anyone and never becomes a profile photo, so it isn’t affected by this check.
